Terms of service
Pirskahtamo Oy (business ID: 3302192-4) sells products to individuals and businesses. The buyer must be of legal age or have parental consent to make a purchase. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.
Ordering
When placing an order, the customer must provide an email address and a phone number (for order confirmation and product delivery purposes). The buyer is responsible for verifying the order and the accuracy of the information provided. The buyer commits to adhering to the current terms of delivery with each order.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email, which will include:
- The content of the order and the quantity of products ordered.
- The total invoice amount.
- A breakdown of taxes.
- If you ordered products on a pre-order basis, you paid 30% of the final product price at the time of pre-order. The remaining 70% will be charged before the product is shipped, and you will receive a payment link directly to the email address you provided.
Payment Service Provider
The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (business ID: 2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will transmit the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Product Delivery
For pre-orderable products, the delivery schedule is provided to the customer on the product page as well as in the order confirmation.
Our logistics partner is PostNord and UPS. The delivery method can be chosen as PostNord Collect package, which is delivered to the customer's nearest PostNord pickup point. Delivery within Finland is free when the customer chooses the pickup point delivery option. We also offer the option to have products delivered to your home in Finland for a fee of 8.90 euros. Other countries, see local fees.
Pirskahtamo Oy is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Any deviations from the standard delivery times will be communicated on our website.
