Terms of Delivery
Terms of Delivery (effective from 20.9.2023)Pirskahtamo Oy (business ID: 3302192-4) sells products to individuals and businesses. The buyer must be of legal age or have parental consent to make a purchase. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.
Ordering
When placing an order, the customer must provide an email address and a phone number (for order confirmation and product delivery purposes). The buyer is responsible for verifying the order and the accuracy of the information provided. The buyer commits to adhering to the current terms of delivery with each order.
Order and Payment Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email, which will include:
- The content of the order and the quantity of products ordered
- The total invoice amount
- A breakdown of taxes
- Payment service provider
The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Return Policy
We take pride in producing high-quality and durable products, each of which is unique in its own way due to being handmade and may therefore contain traces of craftsmanship, i.e., beauty spots.
For customers returning a product due to a complaint or other product defect is free of charge. Returns and/or product exchanges for other reasons are also possible but will incur postage costs for the customer (see local fees).
From an environmental perspective, logistics are not free in either direction, so we hope you return mindfully ❤️
General return instructions and conditions
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our products. In other words, you have two weeks from the time of package pickup to decide whether your purchase meets your expectations.
Initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product through sending us an email via ivanvanlife.fi We'll get back to you with required information to provide us with all the necessary details for processing the return.
Please note that failing to pick up your order is not considered a return. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense once the pickup period expires.
The product being returned must be clean, intact and in saleable condition in every way, with any product tags still in place. Therefore, the decision to return must be made before using, washing, assembling, or installing the product.
If the product is faulty or damaged, you can report it to us by email connect@ivanvanlife.fi, and we will respond as soon as possible with separate return instructions, usually within a business day or two.
In the name of good product development, please openly share your complaints or improvement suggestions with us without any pressure. We are on the same side as our customers, working to make our products even better!
How to make a return
Send us an email via connect@ivanvanlife.fi and tell us you want to make a return and why. We'll assist you from there.
Pack the products carefully, preferably in the same packaging in which you received the shipment. Other packaging is also acceptable, as long as the package is clean, secure, and provides sufficient protection against damage, dirt, moisture, etc. Straighten and smooth textiles, ensuring they are free of dirt, debris, hair, etc unwanted extras.
Insert the order confirmation slip that came with the original shipment into the return package so that the credit is accurately assigned.
Remove or cover old shipping labels from the package and affix our return label. In cases of complaints, follow the instructions provided by our customer service. In this case, the return is free for you.
Take the package to a UPS service point and inform them that the return is for IVAN vanlife. With our code, the shipment will be automatically directed to the correct destination, and you will be responsible for the return postage cost (see local fees). You can find the shipment code in the return instructions email sent to you. For complaints, returning with the return code provided by our customer service is free for you.
Remember to request a receipt and tracking number for the return. Shipments cannot be credited without a tracking number.
We will process your return within two weeks of its arrival, and we will refund your payment as long as the return conditions are met. The refund will be made once the returned product has been received back in our warehouse and stated to be in saleable condition.
We will refund the returned product using the same payment method used for the order. We will contact you by email when your return has been processed.
If you wish to order something else, please proceed with a new order on our online store as you normally would.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the package's contents until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot credit products that are not in saleable condition due to inadequate packaging.
Please do not write any information on the original product packaging.
We do not accept shipments delivered in ways other than those specified in our instructions, and we are not responsible for the costs or compensation for products lost due to such shipments.
