If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
To us, making refined, high-quality, sustainable and durable products is a matter of the heart and a core value of IVAN. Because our products are hand-sewn, each article is unique and may contain traces of handiwork, ie. beauty marks of some sort.
Yes, it’s possible to return or exchange purchased items within 14 days after receiving the product(s).
If faulty products be the case, returning is free of charge. Contact our customer service connect@ivanvanlife.fi for further assistance. In other cases not related to defects in the product, the customer is in charge of the shipping costs (see country-related fees).
As logistics always take their toll on the environment, we encourage You to return mindfully <3

General conditions for return
Our products are returnable within 14 days of receiving your package. In other words, once you have received your order, you have two weeks to consider whether the product meets your wishes or not.
If you wish to return a product, send us a message via email to connect@ivanvanlife.fi and we'll assist you further.
Not picking up your package is not the same as cancelling the order or returning it. If you do not pick up your order, you will be charged with the extra costs for returning the products to us, and you will not get a refund for your order.
For any item to be returnable it must be in it’s original condition, totally unused and with the original tags/labels on. The product must be thoroughly clean, odor-free and have no visible signs of wear or use. We cannot refund items that have been worn, washed, assembled or used in any way.
If the item is flawed or broken, or you have received a wrong product, send us a message via connect@ivanvanlife.fi and we’ll help you one-on-one. We’ll provide you with a free-of-charge return code and help you with any additional questions usually within a working day or two.

How to return
First, send us a message via connect@ivanvanlife.fi We'll ask for the necessary order details for the return to be registered.
You’ll receive an email once the return is processed successfully.
Prepare the package for return: Carefully pack the items you want to return, preferably using the same package in which you received the items. Make sure the package protects the contents from moisture, dust, bumps, dirt etc.
Fold textiles neatly and remove any dust, hair or other unwanted extras.
Attach the order confirmation inside the package (OC comes with the original delivery) along with your go-back items.
Please, don’t make extra markings or write your personal information on the original package.
Cover any old postal markings and replace them with our return label found inside the original package.
Take your return parcel to your nearest UPS office and tell them you want to return the package to IVAN vanlife. You can find our return code in the email we sent you after contacting us. In case of faulty products, returning is free of charge. In other cases it’s on you to pay the shipping costs (see local fees).
Remember to ask for a receipt and a tracking code. Without a tracking code we can not compensate for missing products.
We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 days via the original method of payment.
All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to decline a refund and in case of non-compliance with this return policy.
We will inform you via email once the return & refund is taken care of.
If you want to order something else, make a new purchase as you normally would.
